Formerly known as "Dick", I left college at the U of O in 1970, Hitch-hiked to NYC in 1972 and started my life over. Married a beautiful girl I met on Canal Street in NYC. Spent many years in the Ad Game, then became a full-time trader in American Indian arts. That required a side-track to New Mexico for twenty-some-odd years, then back to NY when retirement seemed the smart move. We live in an old-growth oak grove with our cats. Our daughter and the family come around regularly. We traded our sailboat for a kayak ten years back and spend way less on fitting-out. I have more time to play guitar and write than

School Story

I enjoyed performing Hey Jude for the talent show and working with Daryll to make Hogan's Heroes the success(?) it was. Though I was a transfer-in student from Oregon, I felt very much at home at Fort the year I was there. The Equinox Coffee House will always be something I'll remember very fondly as well as the idea of a Church willing to open its doors for folk music! I also remember a wonderful day trip a few of us made after graduation up to the St. Helens Lava Tubes. We climbed up inside the mountain all the way to Ape Canyon! If anyone else remembers that trip, I'd love to hear it!

Good to see you! I really appreciate the long and winding road. If we find our own way, the results are a lot more satisfying. Stay safe and best wishes to your family!
